Shipping Information
Once your order has been received and processed, the delivery time for products in stock is generally 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, distance, or accessibility of the destination – in some cases, it may be necessary to hand over the shipment to regional delivery partners. Most products are delivered within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Methods:
- Spare parts: Shipped via GLS.
- Equipment: Shipped via Schenker freight forwarding (curbside delivery).
Shipping is free for orders within the EU with a value of €450.00 or more. For Germany and Austria, we offer free shipping on orders starting from €60.00.
