AirBikes: resistance that grows with you
An AirBike has no fixed resistance level. A fan wheel generates the resistance, and it rises the faster you move the pedals and handles. This makes the bike a classic for short, hard intervals. This applies to air bikes in general. The AssaultBike Classic is the entry-level model, the AssaultBike Pro X relies on a belt drive and, according to the shop description, is quiet and powerful, and the AssaultBike Elite comes with a detachable console with LCD screen and Bluetooth connection to the Assault Fitness app. You will find further models under Bikes.
AssaultRunner: the curved treadmill
The AssaultRunner Pro and the AssaultRunner Elite are curved treadmills with a curved running surface. This shape generally supports a natural running style and is suited to sprints and intervals. According to the shop description, the Elite packs an intense workout into a compact package. You will find more choice under Treadmills.
AssaultRower: rowing with air resistance
The AssaultRower Pro and the AssaultRower Elite are rowing machines for full-body cardio: legs, back and arms work together. You can use them for relaxed base sessions as well as hard intervals. You can compare them with other machines in Rowing ergometers.
Consoles, computers and accessories
The range also includes the AssaultBike Classic Display, consoles and computer assemblies for AirRower, Rower Pro and AirRunner, as well as the Assault Fitness Shaker Hero Pro 700 ml. For spare parts, always check compatibility on the product page or ask us via Contact.
HIIT examples for the air bike and more
